We accept Yookassa and CryptoCloud and all major credit/debit cards via Yookassa.
Residents from the Russian Federation can use method Yookassa.
Residents from EU, USA, UK can use method CryptoCloud (BTC, USDT, Ethereum, etc).

If you don’t see the answer to your question in our FAQ, or you need additional help, you can contact our Support Team by sending an email to: info@beatsoledj.com or you can open a new support ticket via form.

Please keep in mind that we respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours depending on volume, and we respond to messages in the order that they are received. We ask that you include as much information as possible; such as your username, the item purchased (if any), item details and any other pertinent information that may help us assist you in a timely fashion.

Go to My Account page and find the “Downloads” option in your account dashboard.
You will receive it automatically at the mail which you specified (possibly it in the spam folder).
You can contact us and we will send you the download link directly.

If you have changed your mind and still haven’t downloaded the files, you have the right to ask for a refund. To do this, just contact us and we will back to you shortly. If you already clicked on the download link, we assume that you can use it already, and we cannot offer a refund then.

You got a royalty free product, it means that you can release your music, tracks or any other type of music composition commercially without payment of any fees for such usage. But you cannot use the sounds in redistribute type, like commercially released soundbank, sample packs, templates.

You can find the switch at the top of the site above the main menu on the right and select your desired currency. This works on all devices: PC/Tablet/Smartphone.

Under the login form, click “Lost your password?”
In the next window, enter the email address you used during registration and click reset password
An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password, click on it and set a new password
